Sequestrations Pursuant to Section 5(2B)(c)

Pursuant to Section 5(2B)(c) Bankruptcy (Scotland) Regulations 2008 for those with low income and low assets.

Sequestration notices are usually received from the Accountant in Bankruptcy.

They may also be placed by solicitors, accountants, insolvency practitioners or chartered secretaries or administrators registered with a recognised professional body.
