Notices for Protected Trust Deeds granted after 1st April 2008 are often received on Form 1 which is available as a Word document from the Accountant in Bankruptcy

Notices may be placed by solicitors, accountants, insolvency practitioners or chartered secretaries or administrators registered with a recognised professional body.
