Pursuant to Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999, Regulation 10 of the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000, Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000, Regulation 10 of the Pollution Prevention and Control (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2003.

These notices are placed on behalf of pubic and private sector applicants for PPC/IPPC permits.

There is a fixed cost for each applicant for this notice type:
