Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the above-named
Estate no later than four months from the 15 June 2012. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 16 July
2012, to send their proofs of debt to Judy Mooney of McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry,
BT48 0LD, the Trustee of the Estate and, if so required, to provide such further details or produce such documentation or
other evidence as may appear to the Trustee to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified
will be excluded from the dividend.
