THE SOCIAL SECURITY (RECOVERY) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2012
The Department for Social Development has made a statutory rule entitled the Social Security (Recovery) (Amendment) Regulations
(Northern Ireland) 2012 (S.R. 2012 No. 108) which comes into operation on 1 April 2012.
The Rule makes amendments regarding the calculation of the amount of a recoverable overpayment and increases the maximum deduction
which can be taken from benefit to recover overpayments in certain cases.
