SUPERANNUATION (POLICE OMBUDSMAN FOR NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2012
The Department of Finance and Personnel has made a Statutory Rule entitled “Superannuation (Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012”. (S.R. 2012 No. 50) which comes into operation on 14 March 2012.
This Order adds the office of Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation
(Northern Ireland) Order 1972 for which the Department of Finance and Personnel may make pension schemes.
