THE REGISTRATION OF CLUBS (CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2012 (S.R. 2012 NO. 26)
The Department for Social Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Registration of Clubs (Certificate of Registration)
(Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012” (S.R. 2012 No. 26) which comes into operation on 1 May 2012.
The Rule amends the Registration of Clubs (Certificate of Registration) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 by inserting in
the Schedule a reference to Article 44(2) of the Registration of Clubs (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 which provides for the
endorsement of penalty points on a certification of registration issued to clubs by the courts.
