Roads (NI) Order
PARKING AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS
BALLYMONEY
The Department for Regional Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled The parking and Waiting Restrictions (Ballymoney)
(Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 (S.R. 2012 No. 4) which will come into operation on 6th February 2012.
The rule prohibits vehicles waiting on lengths of Meeting House Street, Ballymoney.
BELFAST
The Department for Regional Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled The parking and Waiting Restrictions (Belfast)
(Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 (S.R. 2012 No. 5) which will come into operation on 6th February 2012.
The rule prohibits vehicles waiting at any time on lengths of Ballymacarrett Road, Finaghy Road North, Malone Road and Orby
Street, Belfast. The rule also prohibits vehicles waiting between 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday on Orby Street,
Belfast and no waiting between 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday on Marlborough Park South, Belfast.
PARKING PLACES FOR DISABLED PERSONS’ VEHICLES
The Department for Regional Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles)
(Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012” (S.R. 2012 No. 6) which comes into operation on 6th February 2012.
The Order creates parking places for the use of disabled persons’ vehicles at Augher: Riverview; Ballymena: Mount Street; Belfast: Ridgeway Street; Sydenham Drive; University Street; Enniskillen: Queen Street; Wellington Road Spur; Larne: Garron Crescent; The Roddens; Upper Waterloo Road; Londonderry: Chapel Road; Glenshane Road; Lisnavar Court; Marlborough Street; Newtownabbey: Mournebeg Drive; Rathmore Drive; Sixmilecross: Main Street (2 bays); and Strabane: Castle Street (2 bays); and the removal of the parking places at Bangor: Primrose Avenue; Cookstown: Union Street; and Newtownabbey: Rathcoole Drive.
