Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final meeting of the
members of the Company will be held at McClean & Co, 5th Floor Donegall House, 7 Donegall Square North, Belfast BT1 5GB, on
22 February 2012 at 10.30 am, for the purpose of laying an account before it of the liquidator’s acts and dealings, and of
the conduct of the winding up.
A person entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need
not be a member of the Company.
Proxies for use at the meeting must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding
the meeting.
