In the Estate of MARGARET ANN EDITH MCADAM Deceased Late of: Fishbourne House Nursing Home, 71 Spa Road, Ballynahinch, County Down
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act [Northern Ireland] 1958 that all persons claiming to be creditors
of the above named deceased, or having any claim against or interest in the property of the deceased who died on 21 August
2011 are hereby required to send on or before 10 February 2012 particulars of such claims or interests to the undersigned
Solicitors for the Personal Representatives of the deceased.
And Notice is hereby further given that after the said 10 February 2012 the said Personal Representatives will proceed to
convey or distribute the property of the said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims
and demands of which particulars have been received.
