Northland Row, Dungannon, County Tyrone on 15 December 2011 the following Special Resolutions (Number 1 and Number 2) and
Ordinary Resolution (Number 3) were passed:
1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That any residual non-cash assets be distributed in specie
3. That John J Cavanagh be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for such winding up.
