Statutory Notice to Creditors & Others
IN THE ESTATE of evelyn margaret keating, DECEASED, LATE OF 32 hawood way, kilkeel, newry, county down, bt34 4bf
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (NI) 1958 that any person having a claim against or an interest
in the Estate of the late Evelyn Margaret Keating who died on the 8th March 2010 is hereby required to send particulars thereof
to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the Personal Representatives on or before the 31st October 2010.
After this date the Personal Representatives will distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled
thereto having regard only to the claim and interests of which they shall then have had notice. In respect of the assets of
any party thereof so distributed, the Personal Representatives will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest
they shall not then have had notice.
