IN the Estate of HUGH GERARD DEVLIN, Deceased, late of 42 Victoria Street, Lurgan, Craigavon in the County of Armagh BT67
9DA and formerly of 28 Desmond Avenue, Lurgan, Craigavon in the County of Armagh BT67 9EQ
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958, that all Creditors, Beneficiaries
and other persons having any claims against or interest in the Estate of the above-named Deceased who died on l9th January
2010 are hereby required to send on or before the 31st day of October 2010 particulars of such claims or interest to the undersigned
Solicitors for the Personal Representatives of the Deceased.
AND NOTICE is hereby further given that after the 31st day October 2010 the said Personal Representatives will proceed to
convey or distribute the property of the said Deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims
and demands of which particulars shall have been received.
