FORMERLY OF 14 ROSEMARY DRIVE, BANGOR, Co. DOWN.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (NI) 1958 that any person having a claim against or an interest
in the Estate of the late Frances Wilhelmina Glass who died on 01/04/2010 is hereby required to send particulars thereof to
the undersigned the Solicitors for the Personal Representatives on or before the 14th October 2010.
After this date the Personal Representatives will distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled
thereto having regard only to the claim and interests of which they shall then have had notice. In respect of the assets of
any part thereof so distributed, the Personal Representatives will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest
they shall not then have had notice.
