LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 on 31st July 2010 Lancashire County
Council, the National Grid UK Pension Scheme, Ulster Bank Pension Scheme, Merseyside Pension Fund, Middlesex County Retirement
System, State Registered Nurses & District Nurses Pension Fund and Haverhill Retirement Board transferred 100% of their interest
in Hambro Northern Ireland Ventures L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Northern Ireland with number
N.I.L.P. 12, to HAMNIV (GP) Limited (the “Transferee”). Accordingly with effect from 31st July 2010 the Transferee increased
its capital contribution in the Partnership and Lancashire County Council, the National Grid UK Pension Scheme, Merseyside
Pension Fund, Ulster Bank Pension Scheme, Middlesex County Retirement System, State Registered Nurses & District Nurses Pension
Fund and Haverhill Retirement Board ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
