Statutory Notice to Creditors & Others
In the Estate of Veronica (otherwise Vera) McGahan late of 6 Orchardville Avenue, Belfast, BT10 0JH, Deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958 that any creditors, beneficiaries
or any other persons having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named deceased who died on 9th February
2010 are hereby required to send on or before 2nd October 2010 particulars of such claims or interests to the undersigned
Solicitors for the Personal Representative of the deceased.
AND NOTICE is hereby further given that after the said 2nd October 2010, the said Personal Representative will proceed to
convey or distribute the property of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims
and demands of which particulars shall have been received.
