The Misuse of Drugs (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010
Notice is hereby given that the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety in exercise of the powers conferred
on it by sections 7, 10, 22 and 31of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 as adapted by section 38 of that Act and now vested in it,
and in accordance with that Act it has made Regulations entitled The Misuse of Drugs (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern
Ireland) 2010.
These Regulations come into operation on 23rd July 2010
