Ordú Tréigin

Cusher Road and Glenanne Road, Loughgilly

The Department for Regional Development, being of the opinion that that area of road is not necessary for road traffic, proposes to make an order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993, the effect of which would be to abandon 394 square metres of superseded road and road verge at Cusher Road and Glenanne Road, Loughgilly, adjacent to No. 1 Glenanne Road.

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which together with a copy of a draft order may be inspected by any person free of charge at all reasonable hours during the period from 22nd July 2010 to 31st August 2010 at the Department’s Roads Service offices, Headquarters, Room 213, Clarence Court, 10-18 Adelaide Street, Belfast and Roads Service Southern Division, Armagh Section Office, 17 Ballyahonemore Road, Armagh.

Any person may within the period above object to the proposal by written notice to Roads Service Southern Division, Lands Section, Marlborough House, Central Way, Craigavon, BT64 1AD stating the grounds of objection.
